Josh Peyton

Operating Owner

Josh has more than 19 years in the janitorial industry working for the same company for 12 of those years before opening Covenant in April 2011. Below is a detailed snapshot of Josh’s experience:

Jennifer Peyton

Operating Owner

Before exclusively building Covenant, Jennifer held the Office Manager position at Global Supply, Inc. (now known as and owned by Cosgrove Enterprises). This position not only laid the ground work for Jennifer’s firsthand knowledge of all janitorial products and supplies but it helped her gain insight on how to successfully run her growing business. In September 2014, Covenant had grown large enough that Jennifer was able to begin exclusively working for her business; something Josh had been doing since the business opened in April 2011.

Jennifer is responsible for the following:
  • All customer service visits
  • All proposals to prospecting Clients
  • Weekly and/or monthly building inspections
  • 24/7 Emergency phone line
  • All employee training
  • Increasing sales (doubling every year)
  • Any and all additional aspects included with being a business owner
